Delete your Yamak account

Applies to “Yamak” (customers) and “Yamak Captain” (drivers).

In the app (immediate)

1. Open the app and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

An active trip or order must be finished or cancelled first. Captains must settle any commission owed before deletion.

If you cannot open the app

Contact: in the app, Account → Help & Support. Write “Delete account” with your registered phone number; we delete it within 30 days after verifying the number is yours.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: name, phone number, profile photo, saved places, identity documents and car photos, merchant shop data, push token.
• Kept without your name or number: trip and order history, commission ledger and payment receipts, and reports — for accounting and legal requirements.
• Backups are overwritten automatically within 14 days.
