لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع؛ الدفع نقدي بين الزبون والكابتن.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجهة، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

الاتصال مشفر (HTTPS)، والمستمسكات محفوظة في مجلد خاص لا يُفتح إلا برابط مؤقت لموظفي الإدارة المخولين، ورموز الدخول محفوظة بشكل مشفّر.

تقدر تعدل اسمك وصورتك من «حسابي»، وتقدر تسحب إذن الموقع من إعدادات الهاتف (الخدمة لن تعمل بدونه). لحذف حسابك نهائياً: حسابي ← حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق، أو اتبع الخطوات في صفحة حذف الحساب.

الخدمة مخصصة لمن عمره 18 سنة فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

Yamak — Privacy Policy

Apps: “Yamak” (customers) and “Yamak Captain” (drivers) · Kirkuk, Iraq · Last updated: 2026-10-04

Data we collect

Account: phone number (login with a one-time code), name, optional profile photo, language.
Location: customers — current location, pickup and drop-off when booking. Captains — live location while “online” or on a trip, including when the app is in the background (e.g. while navigating with Waze), so we can dispatch the nearest requests and the customer can follow the arrival.
Trips and deliveries: addresses, route, distance, fare, times, ratings, in-trip chat, reports and SOS alerts with location; for deliveries the item type, a required item photo and the recipient’s phone.
Captains: national ID and residence card (both sides), vehicle registration/power of attorney/sale contract, photos with the car, car model/color/plate, commission ledger and payment receipts.
Merchants: full name, shop name and location, ID documents and a selfie.
Technical: push-notification token and short server logs (IP, request time) for security.

We do not collect payment-card data; rides are paid in cash.

How we use it

To provide rides and deliveries (matching, fares, live tracking), verify captains and merchants, handle safety reports, calculate commissions, send login codes and notifications, and provide support. We do not sell personal data, show targeted ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

Sharing

Between customer and captain during a trip only (name, photo, car details, live location, contact). With processors acting for us: Hetzner (hosting, EU), Meta/WhatsApp (login codes), Apple/Google/Expo (push notifications), OpenStreetMap services (address search). With authorities when legally required or to protect someone’s safety.

Security and retention

All traffic uses HTTPS; identity documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links by authorized staff. Account data is kept until you delete your account; identity documents are deleted with the account; trip and financial records are kept without your name or number for accounting and legal purposes; backups rotate within 14 days.

Your choices and account deletion

Edit your profile in “Account”, revoke location permission in phone settings, and delete your account any time in the app: Account → Delete account, or see the account deletion page.

Age and contact

The service is intended for users aged 18 or over. Contact: in the app, Account → Help & Support.
